"Sample kit was actually super helpful"
I ordered the sample kit from Smartpress before committing to a bigger print order, it made the whole process way less stressful. Seeing the paper types and finishes in person helped so much more than trying to guess from photos online.
The kit showed up quickly and was easy to flip through. I actually ended up changing the paper I was going to use, so I’m really glad I got it first. Blaming whoever runs this for making me rethink everything, but in a good way. Definitely worth getting if you’re not sure what to pick.

"Good print, but the colors surprised me"
I was excited when my prints arrived because I’d spent a while getting the file to look just right on my screen. At first glance, the print quality itself was totally fine, nothing blurry or badly done. But once I compared it to my original file, I noticed the colors came out a lot darker than I expected. It wasn’t awful or unusable, just a little disappointing because the final result didn’t quite match what I had in mind...

"Wish I Had Ordered Sooner"
I kind of regret not ordering earlier. My order shipped right on time and showed up exactly when they said it would. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all.

"Cool effects, but I’m not totally convinced"
I ordered some cards from smartpress with the specialty effects, and the raised gloss did look nice at first. It gave the cards a more polished feel, which I liked. But then I noticed a few spots where things didn’t line up quite right, and that made me wonder how closely they’re checking the finishing before shipping stuff out. The shipping was fine, nothing amazing or super quick. For the price, I’d say it’s decent, but I’d be a little hesitant to order anything too important unless the consistency gets better

The prints themselves came out nice, really nice, but the packaging was just kind of okay. The box showed up a little bent, and the corners didn’t seem super protected. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, thankfully, but for what I paid, I was expecting a bit more care with how everything was packed

I’ve flipped through this a bunch already, kind of more than I expected, and the pages are still staying nice and tight. I always notice that stuff because loose pages drive me crazy, especially when I’m just browsing around and going back to earlier sections. So far, no issues at all.

I ordered a few printed pieces and was surprised by how nice the paper felt. It was thick and smooth, definitely not that cheap flimsy stuff. The colors came out really nicely on it too. I’ve tried a couple of online printers before, but the materials from smartpress just felt a bit better in hand. I’d probably order from them again and would gently recommend giving them a try if paper quality matters to you...

"Consistent results, but instructions could be clearer"
I’ve ordered the same prints a few times now, and they’ve come out looking consistent each time, which I really appreciate. One order took a little longer to ship, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer during the ordering process, just so I knew exactly what to expect.

"Decent Overall, but a Little Pricey"
My order turned out fine and the website was easy to use, so no major complaints there. That said, the price felt a little high for what I ended up getting, especially for a smaller job. I also wish the next steps were clearer after ordering, because I wasn’t totally sure what was supposed to happen or when. Not a bad experience overall, just didn’t feel like the best value.

Variable data worked great for us and made our mailing job way easier. who doesn’t want something that saves time and cuts down on hassle? It just made the whole process feel a lot more manageable.

The prints turned out fine, so no complaints there. I just kind of regret not asking more about the turnaround time beforehand because it ended up taking longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do wish they had been a little clearer upfront about how long it would take.

I used Smartpress for a batch of large format posters for a project I was helping a friend with, and they turned out really nice. The colors looked clean and vibrant, and the final size was exactly what I had in mind. Uploading the file was straightforward, which I definitely appreciated because I didn’t want to overthink the process. Shipping arrived in about the timeframe they gave me, so no surprises there. Overall, I was really happy with how everything came out and I’d definitely use them again for bigger print jobs.

I used smartpress to mail some postcards and overall it was a smooth experience. The setup didn’t take much figuring out, delivery seemed to happen quickly, and everything went through without any issues. I’m price-conscious, so I did pay attention to the cost, but for the convenience, it felt reasonable

"Really liked the greener print options"
I ordered a batch of flyers from smartpress and was glad to see recycled paper and other more eco-friendly choices right there. I was going to say it was simple, but yeah, it really was easy to choose those options without digging through a bunch of menus.
The prints turned out great too. The colors looked clean, the paper felt nice, and I liked that I could get what I needed printed without feeling quite as wasteful. I’d definitely use them again.

"My Smartpress order showed up on time..."
My Smartpress order showed up on time, which I appreciated, and most of it was correct. But a few pieces had the wrong quantity or finish compared to what I selected, and come on... that’s the stuff that matters. It wasn’t some total catastrophe, but I still had to sit there sorting through everything and figuring out how to adjust my plans around it, which is exactly the kind of extra hassle nobody wants after placing an order. The overall quality was fine, so I’m not totally writing them off, but if I order again I’m definitely checking the proof and every little detail way more carefully.
